As a regional valuation company, we follow the International Valuation Standards (IVS). The International Valuation Standards Council (IVSC) is a private, independent, non-profit organization committed to promoting the quality of the valuation profession.
Its goal is to build public trust and credibility by producing standards and ensuring their universal adoption and implementation for the valuation of assets worldwide.
In addition to the international standards, we hold individual approval from the institutions that govern the activity in each country.

Sales comparison value
Considers sales of similar or homogeneous assets and data obtained from the market. The asset being valued is compared with sales of similar assets traded on the open market.
